Soda NDOYE is an outgoing career diplomat of the National School of Administration (ENA ) in Dakar , and holds a Master in Design and Practice of International Relations at the University Cheikh Anta Diop of Dakar. From 2007 to 2010 she worked at the Department of International Organizations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , before joining the Office of the Prime Minister as Deputy Diplomatic Advisor .

Alongside his profession , his passion for the book led to the publication of his first novel in 2012 entitled " An infidel and perfect man ." Since 2015, she is President of the Cenacle Young Authors of Senegal ( CJAS ), an entity comprised of writers who have published fewer than 05 books and responsible to promote books and reading .
