The Association HORIZON COMMUNICATION was founded in June 1990 in Paris, aims to present realistic image of political refugees and the exiled, victims of repression and injustice. It realizes the reportages and documentaries about this subject and human rights in general. The English version is situated below the French version.

Our objective
The exiled mourns the country he has had to leave and fears being considered an intruder in the country of asylum. The refugee in his or her daily life tries to make citizens of the asylum country understand that he or she too has a country, a country, a past and a culture.

The Association HORIZON COMMUNICATION was founded in June 1990 to present realistic image of political refugees and the exiled, victims of repression in their countries. It realizes the reportages and documentaries about this subject and human rights in general.

It was founded by Jamshid Golmakani. He is Iranian origin, journalist-director and lives in France (exile) since 1982. In 1998, he obtained a Doctorate in Cinema and Television at the Sorbonne University. Simultaneously with his academic work, he directed documentaries for French television. His films are marked by a view from the inside as well as concrete information on the subjects they deal with.

Horizon Communication disposes of hundreds of hours of unseen video archives and photos of important events.
