The Niolo Valley is home to a luxuriant forest with huge natural resources. A cut-throat war breaks out between the couple Aicha-Nathanaël (Aicha, director of NGO Nature Verte, and Nathanaël, journalist), fighting for environmental preservation and protection, and former minister of Mines Kader Traoré. Nathanaël is abducted and killed. His assassination leads to a demonstration by women in the capital city.
