Saâdia is a housewife and Mokhtar a guard of an uncompleted building. When they met, it was discovery of love for them, in a town of their misfortune. Their life will be from grace to grass.

Mokhtar and Saadia come from the countryside and are very much in love. But fate deals them a bitter blow and they are separated. Months later, they are destined to meet again, at a crossroads, amidst the alien environs of a big city.
